On-Site Service: $139/hour

We have just one price for our on site service.  No matter what your computer needs are, we can do it at one reasonable rate.  No surcharge for travel, no tiered price structure, no paying for each individual task. Parts, if required, are extra but at excellent prices.

Remote Assistance: $15/25 minutes

If you’re in a hurry this is great!  For quicker tasks, we can offer remote support. We can usually schedule a remote assistance session within 2 hours, if not right away.  Remote assistance is limited to two consecutive 25 minute sessions per day.  An active internet connection is required. 

Pre-paid time blocks:

We now offer convenient pre-paid service hours at a discount!  Buy a block for yourself or for a computer trouble prone friend.  Hours do not expire and can be used during normal business hours.  Blocks are only transferrable before first use.

Block of 10 hours:     $1200

Block of 25 hours:     $2750

Block of 50 hours:     $5000

Block of 100 hours:   $9000
